Return & Exchange Policy
1. To return your purchase from Merhi Trading Company, you must have:
Your original sales Invoice
All original packaging, product manuals, unused product/s & accessories, and warranty information
Items can be exchanged/returned after 3 months of the purchase date.
2. Non-returnable Items
Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
Gift Cards
Personal care
Special orders
Non-defective, opened video games and computer software
Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse
Items bought together as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
3. Refunds
For any purchase made with cash:
If the total amount is below $100, the refund will be made in cash
If the total amount is over $100, a check will be prepared within 6 business days
For any purchase made using a credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the original account within 6 working days.
We reserve the right to ask for a valid government-issued ID copy in the case of any return or exchange.
