Warranty Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your purchase from Merhi Trading Company. Note that we are always here to help you. Warranty covers each product you buy from our store. With this warranty, includes free after sales services, which include parts and labor coverage on the mentioned product(s). To benefit from this warranty, first make sure that the defect is by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, and is in accordance with the “Warranty Terms and Conditions”.
1.1 All products purchased from Merhi Trading Company are covered with warranty. Within the warranty period, starting from the Sales Invoice date of the product, under normal use. After this period, you may be charged for any maintenance.
1.2 The warranty is valid only in Lebanon for products purchased from Merhi Trading Company.
1.3 Sales Invoice should be presented in case a claim needs to be made in addition to the Warranty Card. But in case it was lost, all information is available at your account.
1.4 This warranty does not cover the following:
1.4.1 Regular use of the consumable parts such as plastic parts, antennas, broken parts, remote controls, switches, burned lamps, or any damage caused by the fluctuation of the electric current…
1.4.2 Accessories such as batteries and adapters…etc
1.4.3 Malfunction or damage due to lightning, natural disaste…
1.4.4 Damage due to wrong use of the product.
1.4.5 Items repaired or improperly installeb by any unauthorized party
1.4.6 Software issues
1.4.7 Cases of rust from misuse
1.5 In case of product malfunction, your warranty guarantees that the product will be inspected and repaired for free within the warranty period.
